As we continue on with our health and fitness journeys, it’s important to remember that progress and success are measured in a variety of QUANTATITIVE and QUALITATIVE ways.
Today we’re going to be talking about the two types, and the subsets of each, that we focus on in the Kelly O. Studio, along with the Athletes that we coach worldwide.
Upon starting as a Kelly O. Fitness Athlete, a variety of intake forms, questionnaires, and in-person/video-call conversations are gathered, providing information that can be broken-up into two categories:
QUANTATITIVE (numbers-based) DATA
QUALITATIVE (non-numbers-based) DATA
Aimee began training in the Kelly O. Studio with Coach Kelly in March 2018.

THESE are the measures of success, and what every Athlete should keep in mind while tracking progress, moving forward in programming, and conquering stepping-stone-goals that propel them to their large goals.
A special shout-out to Aimee, who has not only been an incredible Athlete this past year, but has become a best friend and loyal supporter of all things Kelly O. Fitness. #TeamKellyO is so proud of you! And we can’t help but admire your BOOTY GAINS.
